ArkOver Optics™ – Returns & Refunds Policy
Frames
We want you to love your new eyewear. If your frames arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@arkoveroptics.com.au.
We’ll assess the issue and, if eligible, offer a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
Prescription Lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made to your unique optical requirements and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or made incorrectly.
If you believe your lenses are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your order and remake them if necessary.
Returns Process

Email us with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is deemed faulty or incorrect.
