ArkOver Optics™ – Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days once payment is confirmed.
Orders containing prescription lenses may take longer (usually 7–10 business days) as lenses are custom made to your specifications before dispatch.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days

International Shipping
At this stage, we currently ship within Australia only.
If you are based overseas and wish to order, please contact us at support@arkoveroptics.com.au before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your delivery online.

Delivery Issues or Delays
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
ArkOver Optics™ is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses or postal service issues, though we will assist where possible in locating your order.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to being undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address or uncollected from the post office), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage fees may apply.
